Now days with the going season of winter ... And changing weather , everybody is getting flu,sour throat and body pain . ...so this tea is for getting releaf from above symptoms and good too for digestive system and gas trouble ...I'm using it .... Lets try this

1/2 tspcarom seeds

First of all take all ingredients in a plate....

Now take 1 litre water in a pan....

Now pour all the ingredients and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes until 3 cups remain....

Now strain in cups and add 1 tsp honey in a cup or as per desire.... Drink before go to bed.... Or in evening or after any meal but it is best to drink before going to bed at night...
