Steps

Start by seasoning your chicken with the adobo, sazon, and some black pepper.

In a medium bowl mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, and half of the can of pineapple juice.

Pour mixture over seasoned chicken and let it seep for a few minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet on low-medium to medium heat and add the chicken to the pan.

Sprinkle in the crushed red pepper and fill the pan with the remaining pineapple juice. Cover and Simmer.

Let all the juice thicken in the pan and keep turning the chicken until it’s browned or blackened on both sides.
