Ingredients

  • 250 gmswheat flour
  • 1tspn salt,1/2 chilly,turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbspnoil
  • 3/4 cupwarm water for binding

    Take the flour,add all the dry ingredients

    Add the oil to the flour

    Bind it with warm water.let it rest for 10mins.

    Take the dough and make into small balls and roll them round

    Finally fry them,on the medium flame

    Serve with some savoury and sweets,brownbread,hot masala tea, pickles,fried chillies.
