Indian style Mix veg fried rice from leftover rice

Add oil to kadhai. Add chopped onion, potato and stir it.

Then add cabbage, capsicum and green chillies to it. Stir it again for 1 min.

Add tomato and corn kernels and stir it well. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to it and stir it well.

Add leftover rice and salt and mix it well. Cover it for 5 mins. Indian style mix veg fried rice is ready to serve. While serving garnish with finely chopped coriander.
