Kheer ke liye pan mein aik tablespoon butter daalay, us mein 2 choti Elaichi daal ke hlka sa grm kar lain.
ab is mein vermacilli(sawiyan)daal ke thora sa cook karay. jab hlka sa clr dark ho jaye to is mein milk add kar dain. - 2
Jab milk ko aik boil a jaye to is mein soaked rice add kar hlki heat pe itna cook karay ke rice blkl soft ho ke mash ho jaye,

Phr jab kheer thick ho jaye to is mein sugar add kar ke cook karay, jab sugar ka pani achi trha khtm ho jaye to stove off kar dain vermacilli kheer ready....

Butter scotch sauce ke liye brown sugar, cream and butter ko pan mein daal ke bht hlki heat pe mix krte jaye, jab sugar melt ho jaye or sauce thori se thick ho jaye to heat off kar dain.

Ab kheer ko bowl mein daalay, oper se ready butter scotch sauce drizzle karay, almonds and coconut se garnish karay.... then serve yummy butter scotch kheer
