Ingredients

1 cupsooji (rawa)
1/2 cupsugar
As neededDried fruits
2 tbspgratted( mawa)
Pinchchoti elachi (cardamom)powder
as neededMilk
as neededsaffron strands
4 tbspghee

Steps

In a pan add ghee. Then add the suji. Fry it till the raw smells goes out. Then add the sugar and fry it till it melts.

Now add the gratted khoya and dry fruits(kaju and kismis) and green cardimaom powder. Fry it. Then add the milk (add few kesar in the milk). Let it cook.
