Ingredients

  • 1/2kilo fillet cut into strips
  • 3 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsponion powder
  • 2diced into cubes Tomatoes
  • 1meat bouillant powder
  • 1medium to large onion
  • 3 tspSeseme paste- tehina
  • packYogurt
  • 1 tsp7 spices
  • 1 tspcoriander dry powder
  • 1/4 tspginger powder
  • Onion water
  • Chilli powder (if u want it spicy)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the powder ingridents with onion water and add to the meat to marinate over night

  2. 2

    In a big coated pan on high heat add the meat and turn, when it's half cooked add diced tomatoes, onions, 1 tbsp vinegar, meat bouillant powder, a dash of the powders again and keep on mixing till cooked

  3. 3

    Ideally served in burger buns but i served it with yellow rice

    Sauce: mix yogurt with seseme paste, dash of salt and pepper, diced garlic or powder and 1 tbsp vinegar

You could also add to the marinate 1/2 cup of cream or yogurt
