Egyptian street juicy meat shawerma

Ingredients

  1. 1/2kilo fillet cut into strips
  2. 3 tbspvinegar
  3. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tbsponion powder
  5. 2diced into cubes Tomatoes
  6. 1meat bouillant powder
  7. 1medium to large onion
  8. 3 tspSeseme paste- tehina
  9. packYogurt
  10. 1 tsp7 spices
  11. 1 tspcoriander dry powder
  12. 1/4 tspginger powder
  13. Onion water
  14. Chilli powder (if u want it spicy)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the powder ingridents with onion water and add to the meat to marinate over night

  2. 2

    In a big coated pan on high heat add the meat and turn, when it's half cooked add diced tomatoes, onions, 1 tbsp vinegar, meat bouillant powder, a dash of the powders again and keep on mixing till cooked

    Ideally served in burger buns but i served it with yellow rice

  4. 4

    Sauce: mix yogurt with seseme paste, dash of salt and pepper, diced garlic or powder and 1 tbsp vinegar

You could also add to the marinate 1/2 cup of cream or yogurt
