Oven-Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Lemon

Boil the potatoes a little bit with a pinch of oil to cook faster in the oven.

Heat the oven a little bit and pour olive oil into a big pan. The amount should be enough to mix well and cover the potatoes but not to an extent of submerging them.

Dry the potatoes and put them in the oil and mix well until fully covered in oil.

Add ontop of the potatoes the onions rings.

On the side, mix the minced garlic with the lemon and the blacl and white peppers and salt, and then pur the mix on top of the potatoes. Make sure all the potatoes are soaked well.

Scatter the lemon circles across the pan on top of the potatoes and put the pan in the oven.

Cook until the potatoes are super tender and then cook a bit from the top until the potato color darkens a bit and then remove and serve.
