Ingredients

  1. Chicken boneless 1kg (boiled and shredded)
  2. 2 tbspCrushed black pepper
  3. 1 tbspCrushed red chilli flakes
  4. 1 tspGaram masaala powder
  5. 3 tbspSoya sauce
  6. 3 tbspChilli sauce
  7. to tasteSalt acc
  8. Capsicum 3 finely chopped
  9. Cabbage 1 finely chopped
  10. Spring onion 1 cup finely chopped
  11. carrot 1/2cup finely chopped
  12. 4Boil eggs
  13. Roll strips as required
  14. 2 tbspOil
  15. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all put oil in a wok.

    In a pan add oil and saute all vegetables, saute for two minutes.
    Add shredded chicken and all mentioned spices and sauces.

  3. 3

    Cook for five minutes on high flame.Turn off the flame.Add boiled chopped egg.
    Let it cool.

  4. 4

    Put cold cooked mixture on roll patti and make rolls.
    Deep fry until they turn golden brown in colour.
    Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
    Enjoy 😊
