Grate vegetables mix it with corn flour.Add some cumin powder, coriander powder and red chilly powder chopped green chillies salt for taste.add ginger garlic paste to it. Make it into a dough. Make small balls out of it. Deep fry it.

Until it's golden brown. Remove it put it on tissue paper remove excess oil.

Take a pan. Add oil in it put some Cumin seeds when it starts crackling add onion chopped. Add turmeric powder and red chilly powder to it. When the onion turns brown add melon seeds tomato and green chillies paste. Cook it well when the oil starts to separate add water to get the desired consistency. Bring it to a boil. Now add the kofta balls.mix it all well.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with chapati or naan
