Steps

Take a kadahi pour with oil/ ghee splatter cumin seeds and green chillies..

Add chopped potatoes saute for few minutes add Salt and cover it for few minutes.

Now add black pepper powder mix it well for another few minutes.

Add soaked sabudana mix it well with light hand.cover it for few minutes it will become transparent. (It means they cooked)

Add coriander leaves and peanuts & lemon juice.turn off the gas serve hot. Taste is yummy 😋
