Ingredients

  • 2 glasssieved ajab flour
  • 1 tablespooninstant yeast
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 4 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 glasswarm water
  • 4 tablespoonoil
  • Small amount of cinamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients

  3. 3

    Knead very well until the dough is smooth and soft

  4. 4

    Cover the dough with wet kitchen towel and let it double in size

  5. 5

    Knead again and shape your buns and place them on oiled baking tray

  6. 6

    Cover them again for 30min to rise again

  7. 7

    Bake on à pré-heated oven for 20min(160-180℃)
