Tired of making spicy eggplant all the time, I tried a new dish after seeing a friend's Instagram story about it. I was curious about the taste, and when I tried it for the first time, it turned out to be unique and delicious. Happy me! Let’s cook 👩🍳
Steps
- 1
Prepare all the ingredients (I forgot to take a photo of the beaten egg and butter) hehe..
- 2
Dip the eggplant slices into the beaten egg, then coat them evenly with flour.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan, then add the flour-coated eggplant slices. Fry until they turn golden brown. Remove and drain. (Continue until all the eggplant is fried)
- 4
Heat a new pan over low heat, sauté the prepared garlic until fragrant, then add the green onions and chilies. (I prefer the garlic slightly undercooked, but it's up to you)
- 5
Once ready, add the crispy eggplant to the pan with the salt and pepper seasoning. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste, gently turning the eggplant. Done.
- 6
Serve. Enjoy trying it 😊
