First mash the boiled potatoes and add all the listed ingredients and mix it well.

Now cut boiled eggs in 4 equal pieces.

In a bowl add all purpose flour salt and water mix it to make smooth slurry.

Now Make small ball of the potato mixture flatten it and place a egg piece in it and again roll it to make cylindrical shape.

Repeat the same process with all.

Now dip it in the slurry and then in the bread crumbs and coat it well and deep fry it in the preheated oil.

Our delicious egg cutlets are ready. Sprinkle some Chaat masala on the top and serve with any sauce or chutney.
