Ingredients

  • 2 cupMoong Sprouts
  • 1 cupOats
  • 2small Green Chillies
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 5-6Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • As neededWater

Steps

    Make a paste of Sprouts, Oats, Ginger and Garlic in a smooth paste. Powdered spices, salt and water as required.

    In a pan, flatten the batter in a circular motion. Turn over once it gets golden brown from one side. Serve with Chutney/Sauce. Enjoy Meal!
