Boiled potato and peel and cut it in to small pieces.Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and pinch of asafoetida

Add green chilli and saute it well.Add peanut and saute for for 2 minutes untill it becomes golden brown in colour. Add boiled potato in it.Mix it well.

Add pink salt and again mix it well and saute for a minute. Off the gas and sprinkle coriander and lemon juice in it.our vrat alu sabji is ready. Serve it with Rajgira puri.
