In a bowl add chicken minced, yogurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder, paprika powder, turmic powder, soya sauce and vinegar mix it and let it rest for 30 minutes...

Now after 30 minutes. In a pan add 1 tbs oil, finely chopped onion keep saute onion now add marinated chicken in a pan and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until water is dry and chicken is cooked.

Now in a bowl add maida, salt, cumin, ghee mix it until it crumbled now Knead it with warm water cover it and rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.. After 20 minutes take out dough from bowl divide it into two parts take 1 part and roll it with rolling pin. After roll it with the help of round cutter cut the round shapes. Now put a little chicken mixture in every piece. On the edges of circle with the help of finger spread water and close it after close with the help of fock put some print like this 👇

Now in a wok heat oil and put samosa one by one fry it on medium flame until golden brown in colour.. Then take it out from oil and serve it with green raita.. Or any sauces do you want...
