Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 4small mushrooms
  3. 2small peppers
  4. 1/4 cuprice
  5. 50 gcheese
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. Ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil rice. Preheat oven to 180deg. Grate cheese.

    Chop onions and mushrooms. Add oil to a pan and brown onion and mushrooms. Add rice and pepper and fry together. When done mix in grated cheese.

    Cut top off pepper and empty out. Stuff pepper with fried rice mix.

    Place foil over top of pepper and put in oven. Bake for 20min. After taking out let rest for 10min.
