Steps

Take a bowl add 1-cup chawli, add 2-cups water and soaked 3-4 hours and boiled.

Heat oil in a pan, add ajwain seeds, cinnamon stick, dry red chilli, ginger, garlic and onions.

Add tomatoes, and tomato pulp, and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and stir well.

Add soaked and boiled chawli and mix well. Add 1/2-cup water, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Chawli is ready.

Add chopped Coriander and mix well.

Serve with paratha, green chilli, onion.
