Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  • 1 poundpork shoulder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 2green onions
  • 1 sprigrosemary
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1apple (or substitute with a tomato)
  • 1/2 bottlebeer
  • 1 tablespoonhoney

Steps

    Marinate the meat. Cut all prepared ingredients into small pieces, mix evenly with the meat, and let sit overnight. Add honey just before placing in the oven.

    After marinating, add the honey.

    Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven (300°F for 3 hours), turning the meat every hour.

    After roasting, take the portion you want to eat and use a fork to shred the meat into strands. Enjoy!
