Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  1. 1 poundpork shoulder
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  5. 5 clovesgarlic
  6. 2green onions
  7. 1 sprigrosemary
  8. 1/2onion
  9. 1/2carrot
  10. 1apple (or substitute with a tomato)
  11. 1/2 bottlebeer
  12. 1 tablespoonhoney

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the meat. Cut all prepared ingredients into small pieces, mix evenly with the meat, and let sit overnight. Add honey just before placing in the oven.
