Slow-Roasted Pulled Pork

Low failure rate! Perfect for making burgers, sandwiches, or serving with bread. Since the oven uses a lot of electricity, consider making a larger batch at once. Store in an airtight container with the meat and juices together in the freezer. When ready to eat, simply reheat using a rice cooker.
