Ingredients

  • 250 gmIcing sugar
  • 1 tspElachi powder
  • 500 gmButter
  • 25 gmCondensed Milk
  • Egg:1
  • 1 tsp:Vanilla essence or vanilla powder
  • 750 gmFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat sugar and butter till fluffy then add condensed milk, egg, vanilla powder/Essence 1tsp, elachi powder 1tsp mix then add flour don't over beat just mix keep in fridge for sometime then take out make cookies by cookie cutter or cookie press. Bake at 170c for 20min.
