Frstly cut the tomatoes keep aside

Take a wok or pateela add oil in it now add some curry leaves add tomatoes add salt and cover the lid

Due to this ypur tomatoes totally mixed and it gives a good look in your salab

When it's done add green chilli paste ginger garlic paste and bhunify for few minutes

Now add whole the spices which is mentioned above except whole spice powder

When it's done add 2 tbs water and stir well for few minutes

Aftr that add potatoes in it mix conpletely add water keep the lid cover slow the flame on medium to cook conpletely

When it's done add kolanji lemon juice in it

Aftr that add whole spice powder green chillies green cilantro and give a dum for just 2 3 minutes

Your aloo ki chutney is ready it's a mind blowing dish

You can enjoy with roti or rice
