Frst of all chop mince for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste meat tendrize powder yougrt mix well with ur hands and keep asidd

Black peper, red button chillies, sonf,kashimiri mirch, cumin, coriNder bhunify for few minutes in a fry pan and grind

Bay leaves, small and big cardamon cinnamon stick nutmeg mace grind them all

Now add step 2 and 3 in a mince also add gram flour and fried onion in it also add red chillie and salt

Mix well with ur hands

Now add 4 tbs oil and keep aside for about one hour or overnight

Now take instant pot if you have or a wok add mince in it

Now the cover the lid and cook in a slowest flame if u want to add water just 2 3 tbs add water

When it's completly done dish out and eat with homemade parathas and chutni

For chutney blend all the above chutney ingredients and enjoy
