Soak rajma overnight and drain water and in pressure cooker let 2 whistles and open after 10 minutes. Add 2 tsp oil to pan. Add chopped onion. Fry till red and adding 1/4 cup of water make paste. Add 2 tbsp oil to pan. Add salt and turmeric to potato pieces and fry well and keep aside.

Now add garlic. Saute for 10 seconds. Add ginger paste.After 30 seconds add onion paste. After 1 minute add tomato puree, green chillies paste,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder. Saute until oil reduce. Add potato and rajma. After 1 minute add 2.5 cups of water. Close with lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and cook for 2 minutes in high flame. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Ready to serve.
