Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,dry red chillies.

When tempering starts to splutter add green chillies and fry it well.

Add grated raw mango and mix well. Add turmeric and salt.

Now add rice and mix well. Cover it with lid and simmer for 2 minutes.

Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.
