Boil pasta with 1 tsn salt and 1 tsn oil on slow flame for 8 to 10 minutes.

Heat pan. Add remaining oil, chopped vegetables and saute for a minute.

Make paste of tomatoes, add the paste in pan and saute it for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and mix it well.

Add boiled pasta and seasonings. Mix it well untill all the gravy coat the pasta.

Garnish with mixed herbs, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. You can also add amul cheese as garnishing. Serve hot and enjoyyyy...
