Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupmelted margarine
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 2ripe bananas
  • 3carrots
  • 1 tspmixed spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Mix margarine, eggs one at a time, melted margarine and mix throughly

  3. 3

    Mash the bananas well

  4. 4

    Add mashed bananas to the liquid mixture

  5. 5

    Fold in the flour

  6. 6

    Add grated carrots

  7. 7

    Put in a greased baking tin

  8. 8

    Bake for 30 minutes
