Beetroot Tikki Chat

In a mixing bowl add the mashed potatoes, grated beetroot and grated carrots.

Also add the spices and coriander leaves.

Mix well together. Add rusk powder if needed.

Make small flat tikkis from the mixture.

Roll the tikki in the rusk powder from both the sides.

Spread oil on a non stick pan and cook the tikkis from both the sides

Arrange in the serving plate.

Place a spoonful of sweetened yogurt followed by green chutney then tomato sauce.

Serve immediately.
