Capcicum dry sabzi

In a pan heat oil and make tadka using mustard seeds, turmeric and hing. Now add chopped capsicum and fry for a while.

In a bowl mix together besan, red chilli powder, salt and curry powder and keep aside.

Once the capsicum is half cooked add the besan mixture to it and mix. Sprinkle some water on top and cover and cook for 4-5 mins until the besan and capsicum are well cooked.

It makes the best sabzi for traveling. Enjoy!!
