Brain masala

#wokcooking Making in a wok one of my favourite thing. I always love to learn new dish different and old dishes too . Every time my husband eat food and thier is different complement it’s delicious but not like my mom, so I’m always try to learn my mother in law dishes . Brain masala is one of dish that I learned from my mother in law and she proudly tell to everyone now she makes better than mee that a big compliment for me Alhumdullilah. Brain Masala is consist of goat brain in our Language magaz in English brain made with onion tomatoes lots of spices which gives super duper taste to made the main thing is to clear all the vien from the brain. Served with naam and chapati

Now chopped onion add in a wok add cumin seeds and oil cook till it slightly golden

Now another part is to clean vien from the brain and wash properly

Now add brain and half cup oil and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in another wok and cook from both side when it cook close the stove it will fry in 5 to 6 mins after frying set a side

Again for masala when onion comes to slightly golden add ginger garlic paste and bhoonofy it for 2 mins then add all masala add half cup water bhoonofy it for 2 to 3 mins or till oil separates

After spices completely cook then add tomatoes in it and close the lid for 10 mins and bhoonofy all the spices till all completely cook and oil comes out then add 1/4 cup water and cook on a low flame for 5 mins then add fried brain lemon and kasuri maithee again cook for 5 mins on very low for 5 mins. Then garnish it with green chilles and green coriander
