Ingredients

  2. Potatoes
  3. Boiling Spices

  5. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  6. Lemongrass, crushed
  7. Kaffir lime leaves, stems removed
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. Spice Paste
  10. 10bird's eye chilies
  11. 15curly red chilies
  12. 8shallots
  13. 5 clovesgarlic
  14. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  15. Seasoning to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the venison with the boiling spices for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, drain and cut into desired pieces.
