  1. 1 cupfrozen Corn Kernels
  2. 1 cupPorter Beer
  3. 1 lbGround Venison
  4. 1White Onion
  5. 1Red Pepper
  6. 1Chopped Jalapeno
  7. 1Chopped Habanero
  8. 1 can (10 oz)Diced Tomatoes
  9. 2 (8 oz) cansTomato Sauce
  10. 1 canKidney Beans rinsed
  11. 1 canBlack Beans rinsed
  12. 1 Cloveminced Garlic
  13. 1 TBSPCumin
  14. 1 TspHot Red chili Powder
  15. 1 TspRed chili Powder
  16. 1/2 TspCayenne
  17. 1/2 TspSmoked Paprika
  18. 1 TspSalt
  19. 1 Tspcourse Black Peppe
  20. 2 TspLiquid Hickory Smoke
  21. 1/4 TspCinnamon

Cooking Instructions

180 mins
  1. 1

    Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable Oil in saucepan and add meat and garlic.

    Peppers, and onions. Cook until tender then add liquid smoke.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

  4. 4

    Cook for 15 minutes uncovered.

  5. 5

    Add spices, corn, and beans, and beer

  6. 6

    Cover, simmer low for 2 hours.

Where are the diced green onions and shredded cheese toppings in this recipe.Very discouraged
