Apply a thin layer of garlic mayo on bread.

Sprinkle salt.

Put cheese slice on it.

Sprinkle black pepper, oregano chilli flakes.

Apply butter on non-stick tava.

Put bread on butter.

Cover with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Place it on the plate and cut into slices.

Serve with tomato sauce and cold drinks.
