Shredded Potato-Onion Mix Bread Pakoda

Firstly, take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour shredded potato, onion, green chilli,dry spices, oil, salt and water and mix it well and prepare a thick batter for pakaudas.

Now cut the bread slices as the sandwich and gently dip in the pakauda batter and deep fry it on medium flame.

Fry the pakaudas both sides nicely till it turns golden brown colour.

Bread Pakauda is ready to serve. Garnish with tomato catch-up and with any dip of your choice and enjoy.
