Sweet boondi

Most of the sweet chops are closed and those open are making limited sweets. Yesterday was craving for some sweet bonndi, so just thought of making it. Tried it for the first time. The shape was not perfect but it was tasty

Steps

First seive the besan, I have used kesar for colouring instead of any food colour. So have soaked few in water and have used that water to make the batter. Brisk the batter till bubbles are formed. Take a small bowl of water. Drop the batter if it's float then the batter is perfect. The batter should not be very thick or thin. Now in a khadi add ghee. Take this type of spoon and put the batter. It will drop from. The hole and fry them.
