Bread Pizza on Gas Tandoor

First of all take the veggies cut into small pieces and steam it for 2-3 mins and strain it. Keep aside to let it cool down.

After that take a bowl mix mayonnaise and veggies and add little bit salt and black pepper.

Now take a slice of bread put butter on one side and on the other side first spread pizza sauce and then mixture of mayonnaise veggie and then top it with cheese and sprinkle oregano chilli flakes.

Put the gas tandoor on the gas preheat it for 2 mins and then put the bread slices on the tandoor the butter side should be the bottom side on the gas and cover it. The gas flame should be on the lowest side. It will take around 10-15 mins to get properly bake and turns crunchy U can make 7-8 bread pizza at a time depending on the size of your Tandoor.
