Cooking Instructions
- 1
Break the yeast in a medium bowl. Add the sugar and warm water (the temperature of the water is very important for yeast growth - it should be warm, but not hot). Mix and then set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- 2
Add flour and a pinch of salt. Start kneading the dough. If it’s too sticky, add just a bit more flour. Form a ball and cover it with a bit of olive oil. Please in a glass bowl and cover with a cling film. Set aside for about 30-45 minutes to let it grow.
- 3
Sprinkle some flour on a wooden board and roll the dough into a circle. Transfer onto a baking sheet. Add the toppings.
- 4
Bake for 8-12 minutes in 230C/450F.

Simple, Crisp & Soft No-Rise 20-Minute Pizza Simple, Crisp & Soft No-Rise 20-Minute Pizza
I modifiedto make a larger amount of dough. The texture is a little different too. I often cut this pizza up and give it to my 3-year-old as a snack. We like a chewy texture so I often heat it in the microwave after cooking. Please bake the pizza until the surface firms up. It should come out of the oven crisp with a soft centre If you heat the pizza in a microwave afterwards, it'll become chewy when it cools This pizza is freezable. I was thinking how I could use this chewy okara dough, and I thought making a pizza would be the best.
