Ingredients

4 person
  1. 2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. As neededWater Lukewarm to knead the flour
  5. 1 cupVeggies chopped for fillin(carrot, cabbage, onion,)
  6. 2 tspGinger and garlic minced
  7. 1green chilli minced
  8. 1/2 tspSoya sauce

Cooking Instructions

    To make Momos dough,place the flour, salt, water, mix well make a smooth dough.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wide pan, add ginger garlic saute for a min,add veggies saute 3 min. Add salt, soya sauce, vinegar.

    To make momo 's, knead the dough pinch out small size balls.Rolls out each balls 3'4 diameter,it not to be thick or too thin.

    Place a tbsp of the prepared vegetable filling in the center of each rolled out circle.

    Started at one end of the flat circle,gather the edge to from pleats working your way around the circle.pouch like dumplings & seal the top.

    Grace an aluminum steel steamer,fill a vessal or pot that a large enough to place the steamer with 3'4 of water and bring water to boil.take care steamer do not touch water.

    Steamer high heat for 10min. The Momos are done and shine appear over them.

  8. 8

    Momos serve with red chilli chutney.
