Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  2. 1 tbspararoot(corn flour) powder
  3. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 cupcurd
  5. pinchTurmeric powder
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. ingredienta for syrup
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix maida, aararoot powder, baking powder, curd, turmeric powder very well and then add water as needed and make a thick batter. make sure no lumps are there.

    Put the batter for one hour to ferment. stir the batter well with spoon.

    It should have sticky and dropping consistency

  4. 4

    Pour the batter into an empty ketchup bottle.

  5. 5

    For syrup, add sugar, caradamom powder, and water ina. container and heat it over medium flame.

    Cook untill the syrup reaches to 1 string consistency.
