Pour your red oil in a pan allow it to fry and add your garlic puree mix them and allow them to fry and add your grounded red pepper

Allow the water to boil at 100oC and put a little potassium in it and gradually pour your ogbono in the water and mix it gradually unit solid, then and allow it to cook for at least 2 minutes NOTE;don't cover your pot after you pour your ogbono it make it pour

And then add your washed ugwu and mix them and allow it to cook for at least 3 minutes, and off your stove, then you can cover it

Your stew is ready, you can serve it with Amala, semovita or any swallow of your choice
