Steps

First take 1/2cup of sugar and water in a pan and boil till sugar get disloved. Cook till it gets little thicker.

In another pan, take one cup of suzi and roast till aromat and little brown.

Now add milk and cook till milk get absorbed and leaves the sides. Stir it contionously that it there should be no lumps.

Now shift the mixture into another bowl and cool it down. Now take ghee and make a smooth dough.

Now take some portion of it and roll it with rolling pin. And cut with any cookie cutter or katori.

Fry them on high flame otherwise they will break. Fry till golden brown.

Now dip them in sugar syrup for 8-10mins and put them in plate.

Garnish them finally chopped pista and almonds.
