Ingredients

12 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3 tablespoonsporridge flour (ujipwani)
  2. 1medium sized lemon
  3. To tastesugar
  4. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

12 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix water and the flour in a bowl. The water should be at room temperature

  2. 2

    Boil water in pot and when well boiled add the above mixture of water and the flour then stir

  3. 3

    Mix properly as it boils then add sugar

  4. 4

    Squeeze a lemon then stir until it stops foaming

  5. 5

    Let your porridge cool then serve
