Fry moongdal in a pan

Soak the fried moongdal for 30-40 minutes and grind it

Add ghee in the idli plate add that grinded paste into the idli plate. Cook for 2 minutes

Dissolve the jaggery

Scrumbeled the cooked moongdal and grind it

Fry the dry nuts,elachi and coconut
- 7
Add jaggery,dry nuts and coconut into the moongdal puttu. Our puttu is ready to serve.
