  1. Rotini pasta
  2. Zucini
  3. Tinned tuna
  4. Sweet paprika
  5. Garlic
  6. Onion
  7. Tomato or tomato puree
  8. Black pepper
  9. Tabasco

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion and garlic in olive oil

  2. 2

    Add sweet paprika and zucini

  3. 3

    Season well with salt to extract water

  4. 4

    Add tuna

  5. 5

    Add tomato or tomato puree

  6. 6

    Add half coocked rotini to absorb sauce

  7. 7

    Sprinkle Tabasco before eating
