Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4ripe plantains
  • Oil(olive or whichever is available)
  • Spices - I used nutmeg
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your 4 ripe plantains and peal. Just cut both ends and pull the skin away.

    Slice into small pieces, sprinkle your oil, salt and spices and mix.

  3. 3

    Line your tray with aluminium foil, sprinkle or smear it with oil. Line your plantain pieces.

    In a 220 degrees preheated, oven, place your plantain and bake for 20 minutes, turning them half away until they golden nicely.

    Enjoy with your prefered sauce.
