Pav bhaji with egg bhuna masala

For bhaji first chop tomatoes, cpsicum, ginger, garlic, onion and grind it in grinder and make paste, then add oil and butter in pan and add 2 eggs some turmeric powder and salt and make egg bhuna after it is done add oil and butter in pan then add tomato and other paste then add all the spices water boil potato egg bhuna and stir it for 3 minute after that add ghee and tomato sauce and fry it for 5 minute and then it is all done.

Apply butter on pav and serve it with onion and sauce and enjoy.
