These are dried small Fenugreek Leaves done at home under the fan or to be precise in shade. Though these are Sun dried too but if the weather is not right and you lack sunlight in your house, then this is your answer.
It's practically very easy. Wash the leaves. Just cut and spread on the plate or a tray and leave it overnight under the fan. They are fully dried in two to three days. That's it. As simple as that.

These dried Homemade Fenugreek Leaves or Kasuri Methi is absolutely perfect for using in many a Curries and Gravies. It becomes a way lot easier this way. In places where fresh Fenugreek is not available throughout the year, this becomes very handy.

  1. 12 bunchessmall Fenugreek Leaves
  2. 1big tray or plate

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the Fenugreek Leaves only and leave the stem part. Discard it anyways. It has no use whatsoever. Now spread this in a large tray or plate. Dry under the fan for about 2 to 3 days.

    Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator for months together. There is no need to worry about the availability of the Fenugreek Leaves. This is an easy and a fool proof method to store them for a long long time. Whenever you need to use it, just rinse it under water in a tea strainer. It will be as fresh as you want it to be. Enjoy!
