Firstly wash Gobi (cut in cubes) and put it in the vessel for boiling at least 5 minutes with little haldi and Salt, then in a Kadai put little Oil, when heating put Cubes of potatoes (washed)and fry till it's done then in the same Kadai put Oil, little Jeera l, then put tomatoes mixture (blended with few garlic pods, ginger, green chillies and all Spices including Salt)

Saute and stir for few minutes oil separate from Tomatoes mixture, then put Gobi pieced and aloo cubes (fried) cover the Kadai for few minutes till it's done

Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and little garam masala in it and serve hot with chapati it tastes yummy.
