First you have to wash your meat and boil it till it’s so soft, put ginger and garlic paste to boil

After your meat have finished boiling and it’s so soft then make your paste, in a bowl put your yaji, red chill, two maggi, curd, dry ginger and combine it all together

After that put your beef into it and stir it and then put your fry pan on fire and put some little oil and pour the meat and let it fry and then cut your onion and keep it aside

Then if your beef is about to finish the frying then uh put the onion and let it fry again for some minutes.Then it’s done, to get the sweet flavour of the grilled suya then you put your charcoal on a bowl and put a little oil on it and put it in the middle of the meat

After the smoke is finished then your suya is done.
