  1. 2raw mangoes
  2. 2 glassesWater
  3. 4 tablespoonsSugar
  4. 1 teaspoonImli juice
  5. 1 teaspoonBlack salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonRoasted jeera powder
  7. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  8. FewMint leaves
  9. 1 teaspoonchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut mangoes.

    Put them in a mixie jar and add sugar, Lemon juice, Imli juice, mint leaves, roasted jeera powder and black salt.

    Churn a little, open lid and add 1 glass of water.

  4. 4

    Now add Chat masala and blend well.

  5. 5

    Strain the mixture in a jar.

  6. 6

    Put half quantity of chilled water in glasses and fill the rest with the strained mixture. Stir and serve with ice (optional).
